Joshua Romm
President

Joshua Romm is a licensing industry veteran with over 20 years experience. His expertise includes brand extension and traditional category licensing, as well as direct-to-retail. Mr. Romm has served as a licensing consultant to leading Fortune 500 companies and US governmental agencies, including DuPont, Wells Fargo , American Airlines, Universal Studios and the United States Postal Service.

Prior to establishing FUSION Licensing in 2004, Mr. Romm held key executive positions at Warner Bros. Consumer Products International and Equity Management, Inc. (EMI). While at Warner Bros., Mr. Romm instituted a Global Brand Extension Licensing program and executed multi-regional deals in new strategic licensing categories. While at EMI, he served as Vice President overseeing numerous corporate trademark accounts, as well as market research, brand assurance and creative services. Mr. Romm formed the foundation for his strategic approach to licensing early in his career as a brand manager at Neutrogena and Mattel Toys.

As a board of directors officer for Global Children's Organization, Mr. Romm organized and led conflict resolution summer camps in The Balkans and Northern Ireland . In 1999, He represented The GCO at a summit for nongovernmental agencies on conflict resolution as a delegate at the United Nations.

Mr. Romm holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and an MBA in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
