LEADERSHIP Bob Bacon Bob Bacon is a business development professional with 20 years of experience creating and managing innovative businesses and products in the entertainment, electronics, food and theme park industries. His expertise includes strategic and financial planning, license negotiations, international sales, market and consumer research and corporate alliance development. Mr. Bacon has held CFO, CEO and Global Strategy roles in the U.S. and overseas with major companies including The Walt Disney Company and Sega Enterprises. Among other accomplishments at Disney, Mr. Bacon played a key role in the development and launch of Disney Electronics globally, and at Sega he helped build then later ran the world's largest indoor theme park. As a consultant to Microgaming, Mr. Bacon secured multi-year, multi-million dollar global brand acquisitions/licenses for the world's largest developer of online gaming software. At World Poker Tour, he drove a 400% increase in international membership for their online gaming product. Mr. Bacon also started, expanded and operated a number of new business concepts in Australia that achieved multimillion dollar returns and developed restructuring/turnaround plans for two $100m+ businesses in the USA. |
